What did we connect to the booking forms?
Project brief
How did we connect the brand, website, and booking forms?
Brand direction, service copy, booking embeds, and a hosting transition brought a service business's public presentation together. Advertising setup remained separate from a launched campaign.
What needed to change in the brand and website?
The business needed a clearer public presentation before expanding its marketing.
The audit found conflicting names, contact information, website references, and location details across its public presence. Some confusing results belonged to similarly named third parties, so they could not all be treated as accounts the client owned or controlled.
The website needed rebuilding, with more useful service explanations and clearer booking paths. Form integration also required troubleshooting during development.
What brand and website work did we complete?
We developed a new logo direction and supporting visual assets, then carried the presentation into the rebuilt website.
Content revisions clarified commercial-service language, customer preparation, review presentation, and next steps. Supporting information was updated, and the site gave the business a more coherent way to explain its services.
The owner gave positive feedback on the logo direction. The website launch was confirmed in the project correspondence, followed by coordination with the previous hosting provider to complete the transition.

What did we connect to the booking forms?
The brand, service pages, and booking paths supported a more consistent public presentation.
- 01A consistent identity
- 02Specific service copy
- 03Connected booking forms
How did we build the booking options?
We added separate forms for different service needs and worked with the booking-platform support team to resolve an embed problem. The forms were confirmed embedded in the development correspondence.
The purpose was to give visitors a more relevant route into the business's existing booking workflow. Publishing those routes is a completed implementation outcome; the available records do not establish that the changes increased booked jobs.
What other business information did we update?
Search Console setup was reported complete after launch. We also directed a correction to a conflicting social-profile address, which the client confirmed making, and requested corrections to inaccurate information on other websites.
Review-request materials were delivered so the business could ask actual customers for feedback in a consistent way. Requests to outside publishers remained distinct from proof that every requested correction had appeared publicly.
Agency-side local-advertising setup was also completed. The ads didn't launch under this engagement, so this case doesn't present campaign results or ongoing advertising optimization as delivered outcomes.
What did the business receive?
The business received a launched replacement website, an updated brand direction, revised service information, separate booking forms, and a completed hosting transition. Documented follow-up included search-monitoring setup, review-request materials, and a confirmed correction to one conflicting social-profile detail.
What results could we verify?
The evidence supports a brand, website, and implementation story. No verified before-and-after increase in traffic, inquiries, bookings, or revenue is claimed. Advertising setup should remain separate from an active campaign and its results.
