Project brief

How did we support a remodeler’s website and sales process?

Service pages, project stories, and presentation materials supported a remodeling business through approximately eighteen months of work. Eleven bids describe engagement activity, without attributing wins or revenue to SEO.

01

Why did the remodeler need website help?

The business needed its online presence to present its remodeling work more clearly and support the sales process beyond the first inquiry.

During the relationship, audits identified dead links, duplicate project pages, an inconsistent sitemap, and project examples that were unnecessarily difficult to reach. Some service descriptions were poorly connected to the relevant work, planning information, and consultation options.

Outdated business listings and inconsistent tracking also required attention. These issues emerged at different stages of the engagement; they weren't all defects present before the original website project.

02

What did the website and ongoing work include?

The relationship began with a paid website engagement and continued through approximately eighteen months of website, search, and marketing support. A later rebuild was a distinct milestone within that relationship.

We reorganized the website around services, completed projects, planning questions, and consultation paths. Project pages were expanded with scope, design decisions, and timelines. Featured projects and clearer portfolio navigation helped visitors reach relevant examples more directly.

Service and planning content addressed the questions homeowners ask before a serious project conversation, including scope and cost considerations. Internal links connected that information with relevant project evidence and contact options.

03

What technical website problems did we fix?

Technical cleanup included redirecting dead legacy URLs, consolidating duplicate project pages, improving the sitemap, removing thin location content, and repairing outdated links. Domain work and deployment controls were handled as part of the website releases.

We improved mobile navigation, made phone and consultation options easier to find, and reduced unnecessary code. Later reviews checked the expanded site's published pages and the connections among them.

Form and measurement work included a dedicated thank-you page, tested consultation-form delivery, tag management, analytics lead events, and advertising form-conversion tracking. The separate campaign landing page also required tracking corrections.

04

What support did we provide beyond the website?

Ongoing work included business-profile content, project-photo collection, review outreach, and requests to correct inaccurate business listings. Those requests are distinct from confirmation that every outside publisher completed an update.

We also designed business cards, client presentation folders, email signatures, and prospect presentation materials, and worked on client documents and contracts. These deliverables supported how the business presented itself during the sales process. The record supports the design work, without implying that every printed item was physically produced by us.

05

What bid activity was recorded during the engagement?

Our engagement history records eleven bids during the approximately eighteen-month relationship. This figure describes bid activity during the relationship. Channel attribution and closed revenue weren't established for the full set of bids.

Client correspondence includes positive feedback about an inquiry and a prospect presentation. Review outreach also produced a documented new five-star review. A dated performance update reported improved search visibility; the original analytics export would be needed to verify a precise before-and-after comparison.

06

What can the bid count tell us?

This was sustained website and marketing support, extending from search and service content into the materials used to pursue work. The completed deliverables and eleven-bid engagement history support that story. The bid count should not be presented as eleven SEO-generated contracts or a revenue figure.
