How did we explain the services and contact options?
Project brief
How did we explain the services and improve the inquiry form?
Technical services became clearer destinations, connected to project evidence and an assessment form. A small manual keyword sample and client-reported inquiries provide qualified context.
Why were the technical services hard to understand?
This business offered technical services that prospective customers needed help understanding. Its website needed clearer explanations of those services, stronger project information, and a more direct route to requesting an assessment.
Early search work also identified limited visibility beyond searches for the business's name. A dated manual sample found none of the twenty checked keywords in Google's top fifty results. That was a limited sample of discovery searches, rather than a measure of all website traffic.
Older URLs, inconsistent business information, and outdated website destinations added another layer of work. The project needed to address both the customer's experience and the information search engines could retrieve.
How did we rewrite and organize the services?
We rebuilt the website around the business's commercial customers and the decisions they needed to make. Technical capabilities became clearer service destinations, with more useful descriptions of scope, applications, and the next step.
The content covered related systems and infrastructure without treating them as interchangeable. Later revisions clarified which capabilities depended on the customer's system or chosen service. The aim was to help a visitor recognize the relevant service before asking for an assessment.
We also strengthened existing project stories and connected them to relevant services and educational content. Project evidence became part of explaining the offer, rather than an isolated gallery.
The technical work included page titles, descriptions, structured data, internal links, redirects, image descriptions, sitemap behavior, and error-page handling. Local-page improvements gave the service information more useful context. Business-listing work included a verified search listing and coordination with the owner on correcting other platforms. Some corrections were completed by the owner, with our support.

How did we explain the services and contact options?
Specific service explanations connected technical capabilities with project evidence and a request for assessment.
- 01Understand the capability
- 02Review the application
- 03Request an assessment
What did we improve in the assessment form?
The assessment form received clearer required fields, a deliberate project-type choice, duplicate-submission protection, and a better explanation of what happens after submission. Notification delivery was checked.
Tracking was refined to distinguish someone clicking an assessment button from someone actually submitting an inquiry. We also improved website tracking from the business profile and created supporting planning content that customers could use before a project conversation.
What did the search checks and client feedback show?
A later manual check found four of the same twenty sampled keywords in the top fifty. This documents movement within that sample; it doesn't establish sustained rankings for every search or location.
The owner reported receiving an organic-search inquiry during the earlier SEO phase and later reported hearing from people who found the business through search. The first reported inquiry predates the website rebuild, so it belongs to the earlier work rather than being credited to the later launch.
The owner also praised the site's presentation, its clearer explanation of the business, and the working relationship.
What results could we verify?
The engagement delivered a rebuilt website, stronger service and project information, documented movement in a small search sample, and client-reported search inquiries. The available records do not establish a verified total of SEO-generated customers, closed revenue, or a conversion-rate increase.
